Whole, pitted Malatya apricots are washed, dried in the drying tunnels, sorted by X-ray and laser machines, selected, packed and passed through the metal detector.

Packed in polyethylene bags; on pallets; 12 months; Storage under clean, dry and well ventilated conditions; Best storage at 8°C, max. 60% RH.

Brown to dark brown-black; aromatic; typical.
