Citrus fibre is produced in a special process from freshly juiced citrus fruits.

Citrus fibre can be used in the meat industry, as well as in the bakery industry
but also in the production of shakes.

cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yellow to light brown homogeneous powder with small slightly scattered
lumps. Odour and taste are typical for the species.
