The sun dried figs are calibrated, checked for aflatoxine, washed, dried in the dehydration tunnels, passed through laser and x-ray, selected, packed and passed through metal detector.

Carton; on pallets; 12 months; Storage under clean, dry and well ventilated conditions. Best storage at 8-10°C, max. 60% RH.

Light brown to dark brown; typical; Could be sticky due to its sugar content during storage period.
