Halves prunes are washed, dried in the dehydration tunnels and passed through the laser and x-ray sorters, packed, weighted and then passed through the metal detector.

Polyethylene bags; on pallets; 12 months; Storage under clean, dry and well ventilated conditions. Best storage at 8°C, max. 60% RH.
